On June 15, 2013 at approximately 9:58 PM, Upper Allen Police responded to the first block of Nittany Drive where a female victim called police after being assaulted by Clarke. Clarke was arrested on scene and transported to Cumberland County Prison for arraignment. The preliminary hearing will be held at a later date before Magisterial District Judge Brenda Knepper.

On June 15, 2013, Upper Allen Police were called to the 600 block of Cumberland Pointe Circle for a criminal mischief report. Upon arrival it was learned that sometime between 1:00 AM and 7:00 AM, an unknown person scratched the sides of a vehicle and slashed one of the vehicle’s tires.

Michael Blackburn, JR was arrested on a warrant, on June 13, 2013, following an investigation into Blackburn’s contact with a 15 year old female victim, in Upper Allen Township. The investigation determined that on the evening of May 31, 2013 into the early morning of June 01, 2013, Blackburn had sent the victim sexually explicit text messages, and had had indecent contact with the victim. Blackburn was arraigned by Senior District Judge Brenda Knepper, and bail was set at $10,000 unsecured. A preliminary hearing has been set for July 15, 2013 before Judge Knepper.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

On June 8, 2013 at approximately 8:00 PM, Upper Allen Police responded to the 600 block of Gettysburg Road where a vehicle had crashed into a utility pole. Police found that the driver of the vehicle, Bickel, was had been drinking alcohol prior to running into the pole. Bickel was transported to Harrisburg Hospital for minor injuries by West Shore EMS. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Hess Garage. Charges will be filed via summons and a preliminary hearing will be held at a later date before Magisterial District Judge Brenda Knepper.

On June 7, 2013 at approximately 7:30 PM, the Upper Allen Township Police responded to a crash at the intersection of East Lisburn Road and McCormick Road. It was determined that a vehicle operated by Hyatt was traveling too fast for the wet road conditions, which caused him to loose control of his vehicle and strike oncoming traffic. The vehicle struck was being operated by Dominguez and contained several passengers, one of which was transported to Harrisburg Hospital for an injury. Upper Allen Police were assisted on the scene by West Shore EMS.

On June 3, 2013 Upper Allen Police were dispatched to Simpson Park, located at 2701 South Market Street, for a theft of a picnic table top. The table top was constructed of three pieces of aluminum and were unbolted from the table frame. It is identical to the table top pictured above.

On February 28, 2013, Upper Allen Police responded to the 600 block of Geneva Drive to investigate a complaint of drug activity. During the investigation, Antonelli was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. An arrest warrant was later issued for Antonelli because he had moved from his prior residence. On June 3, 2013, Antonelli was arrested in Swatara Township for the warrant and transported back to Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment. A preliminary hearing will be held before District Judge Brenda Knepper at a later date.

On May 29, 2013, the Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the Econo Lodge on Gettysburg Road for a reported burglary. It was learned that Wacker had stayed at the hotel a few days earlier, and during that time he broke into a separate room and stole a TV cable box. He also attempted to steal the TV, but was confronted by hotel staff. An arrest warrant was obtained for Wacker and he turned himself in to police on June 1, 2013. He was transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment. The preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a later date before Magisterial District Judge Brenda Knepper.

On May 27, 2013 at approximately 11:00 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the 1100 block of Lindham Court for a report of a stolen motorcycle. It was determined that sometime between 5:00 PM Friday, May 24, 2013 and 3:00 PM Monday, May 27, 2013, a 2007 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R, was stolen from a parking space at Lindham Court. The motorcycle is blue in color, with black accents, and has several aftermarket LED lights on the tail of the bike. The stolen motorcycle was last seen with a Pennsylvania registration plate of A0505 and has a VIN of JKAZX4P127A017633. The Upper Allen Township Police are investigating the theft of a drainage grate. The drainage grate was stolen on Southview Drive near Fisher Road Road on or near May 21, 2013. The grate is described as a heavy metal, rectangular type, and measures approximately 18″ by 36″.
