On July 19, 2012 a female victim reported to Upper Allen Police that her identity had been compromised. A police investigation determined that Elsa Del Pozo Tello used the victim’s identity to obtain employment at a business on Independence Avenue in Upper Allen Township. On July 30, 2012, Del Pozo Tello was arrested at her home in Harrisburg and taken before Magisterial District Judge Dougherty. Del Pozo Tello was committed to the Cumberland County Prison on $5,000 bail. Del Pozo Tello will appear for a preliminary hearing at a later date.
