In December 2011, an investigation began when it was discovered that Nolte, a former instructor at YTI, unlawfully disposed of computer equipment owned by school during his employment. Upper Allen Police filed charges and Nolte surrendered to police in June of 2012. On July 25, 2012, Nolte waived his preliminary hearing and the case now moves to the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas for final disposition.
