On Sunday, August 5, 2012 police found a 31 year old female walking in the 4200 block of Gettysburg Road. It was apparent that she had been assaulted, so she was transported to the hospital for evaluation. A subsequent investigation determined that the female had been staying at a local hotel with Roemer and he assaulted her at that location. Roemer was not at the room when officers arrived. Upper Allen Police have obtained a warrant for Roemer’s arrest. He was last known to be staying with friends at the location listed under his name.
