On August 7, 2012, Upper Allen Police arrested Russell Roemer in the 400 block of East Main Street, Shiremanstown. Roemer was originally sought by the Upper Allen Police for domestic assault. Roemer was committed to Cumberland County Prison under $75,000.00 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for August 13, 2012 before Sr. District Judge Donald Howell. Upper Allen Police were assisted by Lower Allen Police and Shiremanstown Borough Police.
