On August 12, 2012 it was reported to Upper Allen Police that a steel storm drain cover was stolen from the intersection of William Way and Williams Grove Road. The cover was believed to have been stolen during the overnight hours of August 11, 2012. There was an additional storm drain cover stolen in this development in Monroe Township. The drain covers may have been stolen to be sold as scrap metal. Anyone with information about this theft is encouraged to call the Upper Allen Police at 717-795-2445 or on the anonymous tip line at 717-591-3790.
