On August 17, 2012 at 5:17 PM Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a crash at the intersection of East Lisburn Road and McCormick Road. A vehicle driven by Malhenzie was traveling west on East Lisburn Road. A vehicle driven by Weeks, and a third vehicle driven by Waszmer traveling behind Weeks, were traveling east on East Lisburn Road. Malhenzie failed to negotiate the turn in the road and struck Weeks’ and Waszmer’s vehicles. Weeks was evaluated on the scene by West Shore EMS. Weeks’ and Malhenzie’s vehicles were disabled and towed from the scene.
