On Saturday, August 25, 2012 at approximately 5:30 PM Upper Allen Police received a report that Carmona had assaulted a female earlier in the day. Following an investigation, police located Carmona and took him into custody with the assistance of Lower Allen Police. Carmona was then transported to the Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date before District Judge Donald Howell.
