On September 20, 2012 Upper Allen Police received the report of a burglary in the 2500 block of Mill Road, Mechanicsburg. The resident reported that sometime between September 18 and 19, 2012 a garage was entered and tools were taken. The items stolen include a set of Craftsmen sockets, a Sears battery charger and a Hobart welder.
