On October 5, 2012 at 7:42 a.m. a Saturn operated by Lampley pulled from the stop sign at Gray Drive and entered the path of a Ford Windstar operated by Lehr who was northbound on S. Market Street. Lampley’s Saturn suffered severe damage and was temporarily blocking the northbound traffic on S. Market Street which caused a minor back-log. Lehr was transported to the hospital by West Shore EMS for minor injuries. Both vehicle were towed from the scene by Hess Garage and the Upper Allen Fire Department assisted at the scene.
