On October 9, 2012 at approximately 8:00 AM, Upper Allen Police responded to a vehicle crash on US Route 15 North in the area of Cumberland Parkway. Martin, operating a black 2002 Toyota Camry, was following Snoke, operating a white 2006 Dodge Sprinter, in stop-and-go traffic. Martin became distracted and struck the rear of Snoke’s vehicle. Martin suffered a minor injury in the crash but declined EMS treatment.
