On October 9, 2012, Upper Allen Police arrested Davis in connection with a sexual assault investigation. The investigation began in August of this year when a woman reported to police that Davis had sexually assaulted her in July at Davis’ Upper Allen Township residence. Following the investigation, a warrant was issued and Davis was arrested at his home today without incident. Davis was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Anthony Adams and committed to the Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled before Magisterial District Judge Donald Howell at a later date.
