On September 29, 2012, Upper Allen Police received a report that two vehicles had their tires damaged while they were parked at a residence on Lexington Avenue, Mechanicsburg. The victim suspected that Drabenstadt had committed the crime as retaliation for a recent Protection From Abuse Order the victim filed against him. On October 12, 2012, Drabenstadt admitted to damaging the tires. Drabenstadt was arrested for violating the protection order and was later arraigned at the Cumberland County Courthouse. Bail was set at $20,000 bail and Drabenstadt was placed in Cumberland County Prison. Additional criminal charges will also be filed in the near future.
