On Tuesday, October 16th at 6:15 PM Upper Allen Police responded to a residence in the 700 block of Cumberland Pointe Circle, Mechancsburg for a reported domestic disturbance. The investigation revealed that Tyrone Lay brandished a loaded handgun and threatened the female victim. There were also multiple children present at the time of the incident who were endangered by Lay’s actions. Lay was arrested at the scene and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment. A preliminary hearing will scheduled for a later date.
