On October 20, 2012 Upper Allen Police investigated a theft in the 1000 block of Sheffield Avenue. Sometime between 2:30 PM Friday, October 19th and 4:00 PM Saturday, October 20th, a Marine Corps flag was taken from the exterior of the house. The flag, pictured above, is described as 34″x60″ in size, with Marine Corps anchor, globe, and eagle emblem. The flag was affixed to a wooden pole.
