**Update on Press Release dated December 17, 2012**
Mason K. Dunne was sought by the Upper Allen Police Department for a theft of a Smith & Wesson M&P 15 rifle and a Browning 12 gauge shotgun which were stolen from a residence in the 200 block of Bishop Road.
Dunne was apprehended by the Oswego Police Department in Oswego, Illinois on this date at approximately 9:15PM.
