On March 21, 2013 at 7:45 AM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the intersection of West Winding Hill Road and South Market Street for an auto accident. It was determined that a vehicle being operated by a juvenile female, crossed South Market Street from East Winding Hill Road into the path of oncoming traffic. When Manges attempted to avoid colliding with the juvenile’s car, he struck a vehicle (operated by Hall) that was stopped for the stop sign on West Winding Hill Road at South Market Street. Hall was transported from the scene for minor injuries. One vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
