On April 29, 2013 a second man, Dustin Leinbach, was arrested for participation in multiple robberies in November 2012. CLICK HERE for related news release.
On 12/11/2012 @ 9:30 PM the Subway at 4 Gettysburg Pike, Upper Allen Township, was robbed by a man armed with a knife who fled the scene prior to police arrival (see original release). Police believed that the robbery was connected to four other armed robberies in the Mechanicsburg area to include:

On April 18, 2013 Alex Kennedy was arrested for the above listed crimes and remains in Cumberland County Prison.
During the course of the investigation, police identified Leinbach as an additional participant in the robberies and obtained a warrant for his arrest. On April 29, 2013, Leinbach was arrested at a residence in Harrisburg with the assistance of Lower Paxton Township Police. Leinbach was arraigned before District Judge Brenda Knepper and placed in Cumberland County Prison under $100,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for both Kennedy and Leinbach on May 6, 2013 before Judge Knepper.
