On June 28, 2013 at approximately 4:50 PM, Upper Allen Township Police responded to a crash at the intersection of West Lisburn Road and Bumble Bee Hollow Road. It was determined that a bicycle operated by a juvenile male, was attempting to turn onto Bumble Bee Hollow Road, while Smith was passing the bicyclist. The bicycle struck Smith’s vehicle, causing the bicyclist to lose control of his bike and causing injury. Upper Allen Police were assisted on the scene by West Shore EMS.
