On July 1, 2013, Upper Allen Police investigated a burglary at the Trails and Trees Environmental Center in the 1700 block of South York street near Shepherdstown Elementary School. Sometime between Friday, June 28 and July 1 a pavilion storage room was forcibly entered, trash cans were overturned and glass bottles were smashed.
