Dillsburg Woman Arrested for Passing Counterfeit Money

On August 25, 2013 Upper Allen Police received reports that counterfeit $10 bills were passed at several businesses in Upper Allen Township. Based on facts obtained during the investigation, on August 27, 2013 Upper Allen Police served a search warrant at Myers’ residence in Dillsburg. Myers was taken into custody at her residence and charged with passing the counterfeit money. Myers was arraigned and was committed to Cumberland County Prison. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled at a later date before District Judge Mark Martin. Upper Allen Police were assisted at the search in Dillsburg by Northern York County Regional Police.
