On April 9, 2014, Upper Allen Police investigated two separate incidents of spray painted graffiti. One incident occurred at Upper Allen Elementary School and the other at Community Park, located on Fisher Road. The latest incident happened on April 16th at Upper Allen Elementary, shown in the pictures above. In each of the incidents the word “Shadow” in the graffiti. Anyone with information about these incidents is asked to contact Upper Allen Police at 717-795-2445. An anonymous tip line is also available by calling or texting 717-850-UAPD (8273).
