On June 21, 2014 at 9:09 AM, Upper Allen Police responded to a residence in the 500 block of West Winding Hill Road for a criminal mischief incident. It was determined that sometime overnight, a bucket of tar sealant was dumped into an in-ground swimming pool. An estimate of damages has not yet been received.
