On July 11, 2014 the above pictured individual entered the Wal-Mart located in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania and used a stolen credit card to purchase merchandise. Police are requesting any assistance in identifying the pictured individual. Anyone with information is asked to call the Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676.
