On May 13, 2015 an Upper Allen Township resident reported that their credit card was stolen. On May 9, 2015 at approximately 8:30 AM, the pictured male used the credit card at the Turkey Hill located at 2101 New Danville Pike, Lancaster to buy gas for the car in the photos.
