On June 18, 2015, an Upper Allen Township resident reported credit card fraud to Police. The victim had his bank card in his possession but reported unauthorized transactions with his bank card number that occurred at the Giant Food Store on Cumberland Parkway in Upper Allen Township and the Rite-Aid on Simpson Ferry Road in Hampden Township on this same date. Video surveillance was obtained by Police during the investigation and the person pictured is believed to be a suspect in the case. The suspect is believed to be a Hispanic male with facial hair.
