On Wednesday September 2, 2015 at approximately 4:40 PM, Upper Allen Police responded to a hit and run crash at the intersection of South Market Street and Gettysburg Pike. The striking vehicle, a white sedan, was driving south on South Market Street and ran the red light at the intersection with Gettysburg Pike. While running the red light, the operator struck the pictured gray BMW sedan which was occupied by several people. The white sedan never slowed down and left the scene of the accident. The white sedan has damage to the front passenger side and is missing the passenger side head light. There could also be gray paint transfer from the BMW.
