On January 9, 2010, shortly before midnight, Upper Allen Police responded to an apartment in the 1st Block of East Lisburn Road for a report of domestic violence. Investigation revealed that Scottie Acevedo had inappropriate physical contact with the victim. An arrest warrant was obtained and Acevedo was taken in to custody at his residence on January 10th. Acevedo was transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled before District Judge Mark Martin at a later date.
