Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On September 23, 2009 Upper Allen Police Officers went to the Belle Terre Apartment complex to investigate a recent incident involving Nauss. While speaking to Nauss in his apartment, two pieces of drug paraphernalia were seen in plain view. Nauss was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by summons.
On January 11, 2010 the preliminary hearing was held for this case at Magisterial District Judge Martin’s office, and Nauss plead guilty to the charge.
