On January 6, 2010 a male juvenile student at Hill Top Academy, East Winding Hill RD, became outraged and kicked a large hole in a wall at the school. In addition, the student shoved a teacher trying to protect other students. On January 13, 2010 the student was charged by Upper Allen Police by referral to the Cumberland County Juvenile Probation Department.
