On January 16, 2010 at approximately 10:45 PM Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the 4500 block of Rolo Court for the report of an active domestic. Upon arrival police encountered an active physical fight between Maxwell and her husband. During the investigation it was determined that Maxwell was the primary aggressor in the fight. The victim of the assault displayed cuts to his arm and chin and also had bruising around his eye. Maxwell was arrested at the scene and transported to Cumberland County Prison. Maxwell was arraigned by District Judge Susan Day and placed on $1000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 25, 2010 before District Judge Mark Martin.
