On February 1, 2010 at 11:10 AM, Burnshisel was stopped on US Route 15 in Upper Allen Township for an vehicle equipment violation. It was discovered that Burnshisel was driving his vehicle with a suspended driver’s license and that he was classified as a Habitual Offender by the Department of Transportation. Burnshisel was arrested at the scene and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing. Charges will be handled via summons through Magisterial District Judge Martin’s Office.
