On Thursday February 25, 2010, Upper Allen Police were notified by Cumberland County Children & Youth Services about a potential assault that occurred on Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at a residence in Cumberland Pointe Circle, Mechanicsburg. Investigation revealed that Drabo assaulted his 10 year old step-son with a leather belt causing open wounds and substantial bruising. Drabo was arrested the day of the investigation and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment. Bail was set at $10,000 and a preliminary hearing will be scheduled at a later date before District Judge Mark Martin.
