Possession of Marijuana
On December 20, 2009 at 9:11 PM, Upper Allen Township Police Department stopped a vehicle operated by Kyle Myers in the 1700 block of S. Market Street. During a subsequent search of the vehicle a small amount of marijuana was found. Myers was charged with Possession of Marijuana via summons through District Judge Mark Martin’s office.
On March 1, 2010 the preliminary hearing was scheduled for this case and Myers waived the hearing. The charges were forwarded to the Court of Common Pleas.
