On Saturday March 6, 2010 at approximately 2:00 AM, the Upper Allen Police responded to the 4500 block of Rolo Court for a reported active physical domestic. Officers arrived on the scene to find Frazier admitting to having been the primary aggressor in the altercation. Both Frazier and the victim sustained injury, although both declined medical attention. Following the investigation, Frazier was arrested at the scene on domestic violence charges. Frazier was transported to Cumberland County Prison where he was processed and arraigned. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a later date before Magisterial District Judge Mark Martin.
