The Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a Buckingham Avenue residence on March 1, 2010 at 6:06 AM. Officers met with the complainant and were advised that a juvenile in the residence was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. The juvenile was arrested and taken to the Cumberland County Prison for processing. The juvenile was released to the custody of a responsible adult. The juvenile will be charged by Juvenile Petition which will be filed with the Cumberland County Juvenile Probation Department.
