On July 25, 2010 at 2:42 AM a vehicle operated by O’Berry was stopped for a traffic violation in the 100 block of Cumberland Parkway. Marijuana was seen in plain view inside the vehicle and O’Berry admitted to smoking about 20 minutes prior to the stop. Additional marijuana was also found. O’Berry was placed under arrest and taken to the Cumberland County Prison for processing. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date before Magisterial District Judge Martin.
