On February 23, 2012, Upper Allen Police served a search warrant at 4537 Rolo Court, Mechanicsburg, where Miller was living at the time. During the search police found a small amount of marijuana in the residence and Miller was charged via summons. Miller appeared on June 18, 2012 for his preliminary hearing at Magisterial District Judge Mark Martin’s office and all charges were waived to Cumberland County Court.
