On July 1, 2012 at approximately 4:41 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the 1st block of Winding Hill Drive, Mechanicsburg for an active break-in to a residence. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Colton Himmel and several friends were in the house. Himmel did live at the residence, however, was not to be there at that time. Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were then found inside the house. Himmel was arrested at the scene and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a later date before District Judge Mark Martin.
