On July, 2, 2012 at 1:34 AM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to check the welfare of a woman at her residence in the 300 block of East Lisburn Road, Mechanicsburg. Officers found that Miller had physically assaulted his wife causing injury and verbally threatened her life during the assault. Miller was arrested at the scene and transported to Cumberland County Prison. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a later date before District Judge Mark Martin.
