On Friday, July 13 2012 at approximately 8:50 PM, Upper Allen Police responded to US Route 15 South near the PA Turnpike for a two vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that a 2005 Dodge Neon,operated by Dress, failed to notice that a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix, operated by McDonald, was slowing due to entry into the active Construction Zone. As McDonald’s vehicle braked for traffic, Dress’s vehicle struck her from behind. McDonald was evaluated by West Shore EMS at the scene but waived transport and both vehicles were driven from the scene of the crash.
