On Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 1:15 pm two 11 year old girls were offered a ride in the 1st block of West Lisburn Road. The girls felt that this was suspicious and notified the police.
The Upper Allen Police are seeking the publics’ assistance in identifying the operator of a small white pick up truck.
The individual was described as a white male in his 40’s, brown hair, slender build, and wearing a reflective traffic vest. No other vehicle information was provided.
This incident is not being considered a crime but the police are asking the individual to contact them to answer some questions.
