On January 14, 2010 at 1:13 PM, Upper Allen Police were called to 360 Independence Avenue to investigate a two car crash. Investigation determined that that a car driven by Cortes-Gonzalez pulled from a business on Independence Avenue and crashed into the side of a car driven by Reynolds. Reynold received minor injury and was taken to Holy Spirit Hospital for treatment. Damage to the cars was minor and both were driven from the scene.
