On Thursday, November 18, 2021 at approximately 3:00 pm, a gray Dodge pickup truck with a cap was driving on West Lisburn Road in the area of US Route 15. This vehicle caused a crash with property damage and fled the scene on US Route 15 south. The vehicle may have damage to the rear bumper.
