On November 1, 2022, at just after 1100 AM, Upper Allen Police responded to the 2300 Block of South Market Street where a local family’s pet had been struck by a passing vehicle. The vehicle did not stop at the scene and left without providing any identifying information. Witnesses report the striking vehicle to be a silver sedan with a female driver. There could possibly be damage to the front of the vehicle.
