In May 2022, Upper Allen Police received a report from a local business that an employee had been caught on a surveillance camera stealing from the store. Fisler was identified as the suspect and charged with the applicable retail theft. On November 3, 2022, Fisler waived his preliminary hearing at the Magisterial District Judge’s office. The case will proceed at the Court of Common Pleas in Carlisle.
