On Friday, January 27, 2023, around 11:00 AM, the Upper Allen Police were contacted in regards to the above found dogs. The dogs were located in the area of Williams Grove Road. The two dogs have collars but no tags and are very friendly. Anyone with information regarding the owner(s) of the dog is asked to call the Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676.
