On Sunday, March 5, 2023, at 3:55 PM, the Upper Allen Police were contacted in regards to the above found dog. The dog was found on Hemlock Drive. The dog does not have any tags and is friendly. Anyone with information regarding the owner of the dog is asked to call the Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676.
