On Monday, March 6, 2023 at approximately 12:45 PM, an Upper Allen Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by Megan Challenor as she was driving on US Route 15 southbound. Officers conducted an investigation and determined that Challenor was operating a vehicle while under the influence of marijuana. Challenor was also in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Additionally, her license was suspended. Challenor was arrested and transported to Cumberland County Central Booking for processing. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
