On Saturday, March 11, 2023, at approximately 4:55 PM, Upper Allen Police were called to a residence in the 2100 block of Arbor Court for a domestic disturbance. William Monteith was identified as being involved and the investigation revealed that he bit a female at the residence. Monteith was arrested and transported to the Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
